After pressing a special train in service for carrying water to Latur, another train consisting of 50 wagons is getting ready to transport potable water to...
Now Railways can run water train to all famine affected area, and may be in future states too will share the cost , if IR gives service to them....

hopefully IR won't have to do it this year as IMF has predicted more than average rainfall this year.
