4000 crore ka loss hai per year Sub-urban sector se Indian Railways ko, better facilities k liye fare bhi pay kerna padta hai. You can't expect every thing on subsidized fare.

तीन परिस्तिथि उत्पन्न होती है...पहली, वो आदमी पूरा केक झुग्गी के लोगो को दे| दूसरी, पूरा केक अपने घर ले जाये और झुग्गी वालो को कुछ ना दे| तीसरी, केक आधा झुग्गी वालो को भी दे और आधा अपने घर भी ले जाये| क्या उचित है इसका जवाब मै आप पे छोरता हु

There is fourth possibility , and it is much predictable: The slum residents encircle the man who gave a piece of cake to them. They extend their hand towards man... man goes back... crowd is impatient... and thinking man is running away ... attacks man and try to snatch the remaining cake... not realizing his benevolence... cake is falling in dust and man looks at the cake and at crowd with teary eyes...
