दशकों के इंतजार के बाद रेल विभाग ने कालियागंज प्रखण्ड की सीमा से सटे राधिकापुर रेलवे स्टेशन से बांग्लादेश के बिरौल तक रेल सेवा शुरु करने...
Good initiative. Till 2004 This route was used to transport goods between Nepal and Bangladesh. But after conversion from MG to BG this route was closed because Bangladesh side had MG. But they have also converted the lines into BG. Starting this route gain will surely benefit India-Bangladesh-Nepal Business.
If passenger train can be run via this route then the distance of Tripura will be reduced by 60%.

And further to Fakiragram via Gitaldaha and Golakganj! Hope this original MG route will be revived!
