IMO, we should appreciate him. by cancelling his ticket, he has given chance of confirmation for the other WL passengers, even if he lost all the money
but the person who had booked the ticket didnt cancel... it got cancelled automatically... poor bengali guy stuck in Goa..... was in lot of tension...
