In case of multiple booking, predictions are calculated on the last passenger of the booking list? Isn't it?

Yes, predictions are for the chances of all the passengers, including the last passenger. CNF predictions here means that all the passengers in the PNR will get confirmed berths and if the last passenger end up in RAC, the PNR post is stamped as RAC only.
