Train A has Ladies Quota of 5 berths for travel between stations X and station Y. So, any lady above 45 years of age, traveling alone, could book under this quota as long as availability is there. If 2 ladies (both above 45) from a family want to book under Ladies Quota for this train, they will have to book under two separate PNRs.
