Sorry but you are wrong. The allotments in elocos mention VSKP ELS as WAT only. But the loco has VSKP markings only and NOT WAT. You can check with WAG9s/WAP4s of VSKP and the allotment list.Allotment will say WAT WAP4 but in practice the marking is VSKP WAP4.

WAT is the station code for VSKP ELS. That is not used for shed markings.
