It's a humble request to @drmpune @kgprail @drmhowrah @drmngpsecr @drmcrngp @DRMBilaspur @drm_raipur @RailMinIndia to cancel 12129/30 Howrah Pune Azad Hind express for a week and then freshly start this train on time. And when you lhbfy it, use 3 rakes,2 for regular,1 spear rake click here

After few days same delay will start again to this train.... Railway should now arrange a extra rake to this train for ontime departure from both direction.. Only this is the solution
usse kya hoga...ek hafte baad wapas kahaani repeat hogi. covid ke baad se yahi chala aa raha hai. RM badalwao apne areas ke MP change karo tabhi kuch sudhar hoga.
Even if new RM comes there will not be any change in punctuality as demand for coal and power will not come down or coal minister will import coal @ 3 times the fare of domestic coal.The Tripling /Quardrapyling from NGP to Tata will take another 3- 5 years. Only solution is to make alternate arrangements by providing extra rakes.

ICF rakes ki koi kami nahi hai kisi bhi Zone mai Aaraam se 1 rake integrate kar dena chahiye
4 rakes enough hai. Hwh se returning time change ho toh Jo arrival time hwh hai woh PA me ho jayega. Then yah phirr late nhi hogi.
ICF & LHB me seat ka issue hoga phirr. Or aajke date me ICF koi bhi rakes me itne 3A/2A provide nhi kar payega jitna amarnath me hai.
This can be resolve only when HWh send PF dep instead of rescheduling

Just like metro rail, that is not completely private but still there are much few errors.
Same model should be implemented in railway as well. but on other side, local public should also understand and blame only culprit.

This problem occurred only because there was hike in salary of railway employees in 2008 and in 2013.
Now not only salary but pension of railway employees are that much so 70% of earning of IR get spend for providing pension and salary only.

Ohh boy! You definitely don't know how to end things, do you? I'm not supporting an employee who slept through I'm just not reactionary as you're and AFAIK he got suspended so what do you want him to do, kill himself?
And running a metro and full fledged passenger and freight railway is different ball game, if you want to learn more about it you can watch few videos on UK Railways also RM transit channel explains the different of public mode of transportations ans their working in simple language, give it a watch you will enjoy it. (Yeh koi taunt ya sarcasm mai nahi bola hu, dekhna sahi se explain karta hai)

You're so wrong about everything, see the condition of Indian aviation, it's fully private yet so inefficient, Vistara pilots refused to fly because they didn't receive their salaries, and so did Kingfisher's, Jet Airways', Spicejet and Sahara as well. Air India has stated you can't take a cabin baggage of more than 1.5 kgs, that's absurd and even you have to agree with this. Indigo the most successful Indian aviation company has shut down many routes completely without proper reasons and there are many more examples of why privatization is not the answer in public sphere of India, especially which is the nerves of India which is railways.
