Was so happy when this scheme was annouced.. but Trains like Bhopal Shatabdi, Kanpur Shatabdi and Lucknow Swarn Shatabdi plus Durantos like Chennai and Secundrabad have still not exempted maybe because of their popularity. So dissapointing.

Don't think this optional catering service is implemented in Dibrugarh rajdhani..
Checked on irctc and 12424 mein catering is still mandatory :/
