Han toh yeh galti toh IR ki hai na ki wih trains ko maintain nhi kr paa rha ... aur aap kaise keh sakte hain yeh sahi hai .... Ham toh SF ka fare dekar bhi time pr n hi pahunch rahe , aur jab Express mei convert hogi toh RT toh fir bhool hi jana cahaiye ...
Agar yeh sahi hai toh kya aap VB ka fare denge fir sabhi tickets ka ?

Is regulation ki zarurat bhi hai. Kuch zyada hi SF trains ho gayi hain aajkal. 55 kmph is too slow to be called a SF in this day and age.
