I agree that two trains, one to mas and the other to sbc, would've been proposed in lieu of this daily, but why do you think a triweekly to rmm will be good?
In my opinion two weeklies one to rmm via ms and the other to sbc should've been proposed. A third to sc could also have been tried.

Yes. By the way the practice of running more trains to Rameshwaram started after 2014 only. Now suddenly the whole country wants to connect to this place.

A 20-Car VB was turned out by ICF yesterday.
As of now, allotment is not done. Most probably around the North region, I guess.

Even Mumbai Ahemdabad 3rd VB is doing rounds in news and the news came in many leading news papers also in Mumbai tonn run at 160kmph. So here also there is a high chance of it.
Railways should run a new bi weekly train between Bhuj and Old Delhi Jn via Bhildi Palanpur Ajmer Jaipur Alwar by following route of 14321/22 and should do it's rake sharing arrangement of rsa with 20907/08 and should also do it's primary maintenance at Bhuj for further information refer to these blogs - 6025710 , 6025703 , 6070264 , 6070166 or refer to below given links -
