If we add Duvvada it's almost 580 crs. It shows the demad of this region. Many people of uttrandra working at different cities like hyd, banglore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai as not much jobs ib vizag region.
Connectivity is key. But still not a single originating train to banglore.

देख सकते हो ,SECR में सबसे ज्यादा वेकेंसी ,मतलब सबसे ज्यादा लोको पायलट की कमी।यही वजह है की SECR को नई ट्रेन चलाने में कोई रुचि नहीं है, एवं ट्रेनों को समय पे चलाने में इच्छा नही है।सीधी सी बात है जिस जोन में जब लोको पायलट की नही होंगे या कमी है वहां नई ट्रेनें चलेगी कहां से। उसके लिए लोको पायलट चाहिए। यही वजह है जो भी एक्सप्रेस ट्रेनें चल रही है सब दूसरे जोन संचालित कर रही है। और हो न हो अपने प्रॉफिट के चक्कर में जो लोको पायलट पैसेंजर ट्रेनें चला रहे थे उनको गुड्स ट्रेनें चलवाई जा रही है और साथ ही ओवरटाइम भी कराया जा रहा है,कभी 15 घंटे , कभी 16 घंटे। भाई वो इंसान है कोई रोबोट नही है। शहडोल ट्रेन एक्सीडेंट कौन भूल सकता है। कई बार प्रोटेस्ट हुए लेखिन कोई नही सुना।

In SCR Vijayawada Visakhapatnam section 6 pairs of express passemger trains are being cancelled from past one year in name of safety works and in recent notification they mentioned acute shortage of running crew. SCR is the second zone with highest number of Vacancies and scantioned posts. Add to it cancellatioms in VJA Gudur sector
Last year july itself the need is around 2400. But they have issued only 595 and yesterday increased to around 1900 which is also less compared to the data. Lot of vacancies are still there. This is in #backdrop to the unfortunate #accident of #KanchenjungaExpress .
