That's what I'm saying, extension mil gaya to achha hai, extra option hai logo ke paas ab. Lekin Jammu Mail already ek area ko serve kar rahi thi na, unka quota kam hoga.

This was ought to happen. Because even if both pairs don't have break-neck crowds, they manage quite a good patronage throughout the year.
For what I've seen in ETW, GS boardings are also in pretty decent numbers. And while NCR/PRYJ with it's usual attitude may not add extra halts to the regular train, I agree with you they should definitely try extra halts over NCR for the special.

Tried my hand in framing a Schedule in case IR wants to run a Sleeper VB in this route.
Have routed it via Egmore so that IR can place all stations between RU and MDU in GN Quota which will earn better revenue ...

If it is approved and introduced by IR, then this will be the fastest train between Mumbai and Chennai.
Nice TT. I personally like schedule 1 onward and schedule 2 return with balanced TAT on both sides to do cleaning and SM.
