last 10 days se 12368 DDU RT aati hai.. aur fir ARA se PNBE ke bich delay ho jati hai. agar PNBE RT aayi to aage PNC ya BKP tak me 2hr tak delay ho jati hai. mid night me aisi kya problem ho Jaa rahi hai route me daily.. koi kaam chal raha hai kya track par?

Block ke karan controlled manner mein chal rahi Danapur division mei
last 10 days se daily block liya jaa raha hai? 12394 to RT aa jati hai
Amit Jee, PNBE - MKA - LKR section mein block liya jaa raha hai. 22460 BV Humsafar Express bhi late huyi thi same section mein kal.
Block is after Patna saheb before kiul sirjee.12394 terminates at RJPB and before 94 there is 12310 whose time no block can be taken by ECR.

India is a socialist country not a capitalist country, privatization koi magic trick nahi hai ki aa gya aur sab kuch badhiya ho jayega uske bhi challenges hote hai aur itne overpopulated country ko serve nahi kar payega, government ke failure ko private ka chola na pehnao, to run the railway properly one needs man power, IR mai man power ki Kami hai, ek officer, employees se 4 logon ka kaam kraya ja rha hai to mistakes hongi hi. Failure government ki hai ki na woh employment de rha hai na population control par dhyan de rha hai aur na hi production and improvement of coaches par. Ab bas hope karo ki next term mai government ne jitna cleanliness par improve Kiya hai IR ko utna management mai bhi kare.
Udi More station par poore 24 ghante me average 16 trains hi paas hoti he. uske liye 3 Station Master 8-8 ghante ki duty karte he.

Again Privatization ek utopia nahi hai, aur aesa kabhi nahi hua hai ki private company mai kissi ne galti nahi ki ho ya woh log bilkul career ke tension mai apna 100 percent field mai dete ho. Private field mai aur bhi jyada corruption hota hai plus seniors apne juniors ke upar hi workload daal kar baithe rehte hai, I have worked in UK Railways aur privatization ke babe and boon ka mujhe first hand experience hai.

Socialism brought India to the situation in 1991. Only then when capitalist reforms were brought our economy started to improve. Only coz we have more capitalism now you are using private goods and services which are much better than those offered by govt. PSUs.
It's not the job of the govt. to provide employees to every citizen of the country the govts job is to maintain law and order, provide necessary infrastructure and other facilities so that private businesses can grow and provide employment to the people. Besides govt. also provides various schemes to those who wish to take up entrepreneurship and many have come out.

Also I read about the Udi more station incident, and based on The TOI wha par sirf two employees duty par the, jisme pointsman track inspection ke liye gya tha aur bas SM akela duty par tha, do you really think ki sirf ek staff se station control hone wala hai, what if that SM had an heart attack, usko to koi poochne wala bhi nahi hai udhr.
So this incident actually shows the failure of Government to hire staffs to run IR effectively.
