One question that I want to know, is there any possibility that train going to or coming from Varanasi Jn can skip DDU Jn? I know DDU Jn is an important station but it has to handle so many trains wouldn't be it easy if trains that are actually going to Varanasi bypass or platform skip it.
Lines are there which bypass DDU PFs and dirrctly go towards Mughalsarai Marshalling Yard
But it isn't reasonable to skip a big station like DDU.

Agree. Sabka wahi state hai more or less. But jitna maine dekha, SRC aur HTE ka haalat aur kharab Hai. Ek time par SRC bahut badhiya hua karta tha
Any overnight train of SCR running from SC to AP, Chennai, Bengaluru without RSA is good be it ICF or LHB as far as interior is concerned. Exteriors have been left by all divisions. In the past 2 yrs my best experience is with Simhadri express Guntur CDO.
As far as I observed SCR's ICF maintenance is better than LHB maintenance

With completion of double tracking between Banaras-Jhusi-Prayagraj Jn and Varanasi Jn-Janghai Jn-Prayagraj Jn, is there any train that you wish to get permanently diverted through any of these lines?

June Tak to Jhusi wala ho jayega jitna progress dekh kar mujhe lag rha hai, Janghai wala to 6 mahine lag jayenge, waise Janghai-Phaphamau ke beech tej kaam ho rha hai in comparison to Janghai Pratapgarh, Janghai Zafrabad to koi kaam nahi ho rha. Haa baat to sahi hai ki NR Lucknow walo se jaldi koi kaam nahi hota, khud Lucknow NR station ka kaam bhot dheere dheere kar rhe hain sab. NER to sahi hai, bas speed nahi hai

Yeah I agree, with so many VIPs traveling to Varanasi, Varanasi do deserve one or two fast Rajdhani connectivity
So you want to destroy Rajdhani gang at mid night though not needed and effect end travellers.
Hurdle Pryj BSB nhi, hurdle BSB and DDU h. Dono hi main station h aur additionally Ganga bridge jiski vajah se trains ki speed bahut slow h.. ispe agar kuch kaam ho gya to rajdhani gang might go BSB
