Grievance Description : Sir, this grievance is with respect to train number 22109 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus- H Nizamuddin AC Superfast Express. The above train is a regular victim of delays and poor controlling especially in the NCR region. the train was announced as a Rajdhani Type train with rajdhani like timetable. however the train fails to deliver the same and the reason stated by Railways is that the "sanction of 130 kmph has not been approved by CRS (Commissioner for Railway Safety)." People feel cheated when they have to pay extra fare for Superfast trains and when they end up getting late by hours. In this regard i would like to know the following thing. 1. Why has CRS not yet approved permission to run this train at 130 kmph ? 2. when it was known that the train would require a permission to run at 130 kmph why was it not approved by CRS before the inauguration of the train I see no reason for delay for issuing the permission because the train has the latest LHB rakes capable of achieving higher speeds. . Soliciting an early and justifiable answer from you. . thank you
