I think govt is eyeing some fare increase of superfast category trains, that's why they are trying to set a bar for speed limit
below 55 hi theek hai coz aisi bhi trains hain jo kuch difficult terrains se hokar jaati hain jiski vajah se unki avg 55 and around rehti hai ....
jaise car cpu rnq ghd wala route hai , aur woh route abhi single line bhi hai yahan poora hilly region hai toh trains ki avg max to max 55 hi rehti hai even rnc rajdhani ki bhi ...so isiliye keh rha ki 55 below ko agar m/e mei convert kre tab toh theek hai otherwise fir dikkat bahot jyada ho jayegi

Is it only me or does anyone else think that they are changing numbers to slow down these trains even more?
Now with a M/E tag, they can slow down them easily by 1 2 hrs
