: T.No-CLE, (24617/ED (L)+31853/GMO (T), After passing ERS station Starter signal on cross over, VCB tripped with abnormal sound from loco roof, checked & found PT-2 of leading loco no-24617/ED, hit & tilted causing LP side panto horn & base to pedestal broken near bearing due to RT with cantilever assembly & steady arm dragged towards loco direction resulting RT dropper cut, swivel clip removed from contact wire & catnery wire broken. Panto secured by TRD Staff and CLE backed to ERS Yd.(Under investigation) TOH-22.04.16, IC-22.11.17, Station-Ernakulam (ERS), Time-10.20-11.24 hrs =64" extra.
Affected trains : 12626/50",12677/27",12678/84",16308/55",12483/63", 16301/21", 16307/24".

: (BJU-GWL/Load-20 Coaches), After crew changing at LKO Station, O/G LP/JHS, reported that both side H/L not glowing (I/C, LP/GKP/NER not reported earlier). Same checked by M/Staff found DC to DC Convertor smoked. Allowed upto CNB but TLC/CNB/NCR refused to accept the train with defective loco, worked upto Unnoa (UNO) Station. R/Given. AOH-26.10.17, TI/JHS-26.11.17, Station-Lucknow (LKO) & Unnao (UNO), Time-15.05-15.20 hrs at LKO & 17.14-19.15 hrs at UNO Station, Link-NCR/JHS/WAP4, Loco as dead with same train to ET.

checked by TLAC & SSE/AWR, found heavy smoke in toilet behind rotary switch junction box. Same Coach detached, all fuses & main circuit wire of main rotary switch junction box disconnected then worked. Primary-PBR, Station-Alwar (AWR), Time- 16.30-18.27 hrs. As per joint by C&W, TLAC & RPF Staff, no evidence found of smoke failure from electric side, suspected garbage in shop case hole, may cause smoke after putting burning match stick inside it by some miscreants.
