I think Venkat is not going to have any big change other than making the train LHB coach. I assume it would still run from Kacheguda to Chittor but lets see.
Sabari might undergo TT change too. Best would be to make the train leave SC or charlapalli at 06:45 am to arrive TVC at 10:30 AM and return to leave at 13:50 PM to arrive SC at 16:50 PM (as stand alone rake) with PM at SC.

As it is often stated that the major train routes are mostly saturated, then there is no point in running a train which carries just half of the passengers in comparison to full length regular trains....as VB are taking spot of one full length train which could have carried more passengers

Infact we didn't even need a dedicated category for VB trainsets. Existing Shatabdis should have been upgraded to VB and if demand was there a new Shatabdi could have been started with VB trainset.
Here the need of the hour is installation of kavach across IR and conversion of all existing ICF trains to LHB and not a new category of premium train.

Even in single line highly saturated routes like KR's Mumbai Madgaon where already a Jan Shatabdi and Tejas exist they gave a VB.
But proposal for daily conversion of overcrowded train like Vasco Patna SF put down by all zones including KR citing slot sharing issues. Here they could not adjust slot but for VB they are ready to delay n number of non premium trains.

Yeh log sirf VB introduce karte rhenge, aur udhar aam admi train accident me marta rahega, genral me sarta rahega. Yeh VBs jin logo ko target karta hain wohi log bolege ,"I prefer flight/driving rather than train travel". Rail ko aam admi par zada focus karna chahiye.
They are just imposing it on people, and forcing then to pay much higher for comparatively small increase in speed and comfort
