There is a news article in Visakhapatnam local page titled Janmaboomi cancelled Ratnachal won't come. Not one or 2 days 47 days trains are cancelled and anger is vented from all quarters about cancellations. These intercity express trains are the lifelibe of travel in Visakhapatnam Vijayawada section from the past 40 years when Simhadri Ratnachal Janmabhoomi express are introduced from 40+, 30+, 25 years. Daily 12,000 passengers travel in this section of 350km in the above 6 trains and mostly lower and middle class to Vijayawada Guntur and intermediate stations Samalkot Rajahmundry Eluru. The report further added that as days and work progress there is possibility that some trains may be restored due to followup of ECOR officials. First of all dont expect press briefing kind of things because all are busy in cacellation of trains, works etc. Due to severe backlash circar and janmabhoomi restored. You can see cocanada cancelled and cct lpi special running seems tod are important. Cancellation restoration cancellation lot of confusion for passengers.
Other zones are equally hopeless and shameless. WR is cancelling 20927/8 Bhuj Palanpur Intercity till 3rd Oct from last mid Nov and now only GIMB PNU exp is running in GIMB PNU section. Only interested in running freights to Mundra and Kandla ports and turning Mundra port Bhildi Bathinda section an unofficial DFC. Not listening to passengers demand to restore these trains and forcing shift passengers to road transport is pathetic of railways.
Just now seen restoration notification in youtube Bhimavaram kittayya and Myway railway that Janmabhoomi, Circar and Kakinada Vijayawada MEMU are restores from tomorrow. There is one more bonus Janmabhoomi and MEMU are cancelled even from Sep 16th till OCT 15 when peak Dussera Holiday season which I haven't seen till now. Couldn't understand what SCR Vijayawada divisional officials are? Hopeless decisions and officials. How could SCR zonal office and RB go in dark about the cancellations ftom past 1 year and traffic is decreasing in SCR.
Doesn't matter when lack of accountability continues to exist for the past one year. Public already got fed up with this lacklustre cancellations. Point is there are no big rail associations who continuously demand for train services. Station consultative committee exists people from particular station can be part of it but all the 5 people are nominated within the ruling party itself. The members who don't have any interests or knowledge will also be present in the committe. Now how can we expect these people to demand for anything. Coming to Dussera they have their own plans to run tod specials. You can replace the person but not his ideas in cancelling the trains.

SGNR tak extension dene ka he yhi reason rhta h ki wha PM/SM ho, so that slot khali ho. Platform return ya rbpc krwani hoti toh itna dur koi kyu rake bejega 🙄 ye ap he soch lo.
