This train was originally started for Nanded then extended to Nagpur then it was short-terminated at Adilabad and is now extended till Balharshah and looking at TAT at BPQ it might now go to Gondia. What CR and SCR are doing with this train?

IIRC, this originally ran to BSP instead of R because the latter didn't have pit lines for proper maintenance of Rajdhani coaches back in the day. I guess that's not the problem now though. The only other proper exception is DBRT Rajdhani.
BBS Rajdhani serves that purpose. IIRC, the Adra route is an hour shorter easily but just to serve TATA, the train loops round that way 4 days a week.
I think people tend to forget or miss the fact that Goa along with large number of tourists also sees a lot of migration and migrants are spread across the rural and urban areas of Goa not restricted to Madgaon alone. So Madgaon getting all the trains when other stations exist is not alright.

That mainly depends on the zones. KR emphasizes passenger amenities, too. So there are trains from Madgaon, making it the hub. SWR is solely focused on its HQ and freights, so Vasco is neglected.
I've been to Goa, and I think even in real life, some parts are overhyped, and some parts are not much explored. But isn't it the same for everywhere else, me myself hailing from a 'tourist city'.
