They'll load it once they get a freed up Parcel Van.
I had also thought about sending My Friend's Scooty (Destiny 125) alongwith him from Pune to Rourkela on board Pune Hatia Express. Parcel Guys didn't load it that day, as they first Load Perishables and if Parcel Van is on Lease then the stuff of Entity it has been leased to.
The Scooty was able to be loaded on 3rd Day after my Friend had left Pune. That too after Intervention of a Local Corporator thanks to my Contacts.

Entirely depends upon Pick-up Point, Destination, Frequency of Trucks between those two etc.
Like you'll be charged less from Pune to Delhi (since it falls on Main Route with Multiple Trucks and large Frequency of them) than from Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar)- Distance is relatively less but frequency of trucks is also less and it's relatively away from main route.
I was charged 26,000 for Pune to New Delhi by Aggarwal Packers and Movers. I had many items including a Washing Machine, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Activa Scooty, Meteor 350 Bike, 3 Suitcases, Some...

As I said even they don't know what they're doing. They have excuses for everything. It's a different world though, if you know someone on the inside. The whole process was seamless at DDU as one of the ECR officials is my neighbor's brother.
Better avoid parcel/luggage if circumstances don't seem favorable, because they'll damage your vehicle and deny any responsibility so arrogantly.
