Factually scr uses such dumping tactics to indirectly hail their pseudo narrative
Strongly doubt that any more new divisions will be formed. Couplf of years back there was already a recommendation on the same. It will be good once and for all if railways provides a definite reply ( either a yes or No). Even the one in AP in Waltair is yet to materialise
Gulbarga's big cheese kharge can make achieve such milestone, else can't expect scr or cr to let go/in
