Very difficult to change the TT of these long dist trains because of path availability & other constraints.
It was originally BKSC-MAS express with a slip service from TATA if I am not mistaken. Originally a SER train, due to ADRA division's apathy towards the pitline at BKSC, it wasn't looked after well and allowed to rot away. The Primary maintenance of this train was then given to ER and the train was extended to DHN_ER and the train was renumbered to 13351.

It was 89/90 TATA-MAS originally (1970 introduction), going via Bhimavaram Town then, departing Tatanagar at night. The whole rake got extended to BKSC in 1975, via Muri. In 1981, the train was split up into two parts, 89/90 BKSC MAS and 89A/90A TATA MAS. BKSC MAS (evening departure) became the main train and TATA MAS (night departure) became the link. BKSC MAS ran via Ranchi-Hatia and TATA MAS via Chakradharpur, and got attached at Rourkela.

Just one correction, 8689/90 BKSC - ALLP Express got extended to DHN circa 2002-03. It was already under ECR, then.
You have more or less listed(almost all) problems pertaining to the present state of BKSC. All terminating/originating trains of BKSC were lost to other nearby stations. 8689/90 BKSC - ALLP was extended to DHN, 2019/20 HWH - BKSC Shatabdi got extended to RNC, and the last one HWH - BKSC Passenger/Express got extended to RNC indirectly through its RSA partner BKSC - RNC Passenger.

Instead 22715 KCG Madurai SF Can be extended or 16353 Kacheguda Nagercoil express frequency can be increased , but why targeting Charminar SF Express?
Both of them are useless and they run with worst timings in worst route
The demanded route is Via-NCJ, TEN, Virudhunagar, MDU, Dindigul, TPJ, TJ, Kumbakonam, MV, CDM, VM, Take any route from VM till VM if Chordline is also fine but don't take the train via-Karur, Namakkal which is of no use it will be only helpful for SA, ED people only they demand is between VM and TPJ stretch

What about Hyderabad Chennai travellers? There are 30 buses running equal capacity of a train. There is no new train between those cities in past 10-12 yrs and all 3 trains run with WL for a week and require additional capacity of extra coach in each class which is itself equal to full length train. SR or SCR need to add one more take to extend to NCJ instead SR should ha e made a proposal for 4 days a week train Biweekly via Tanjavur and Biweekly via Vridhachalam VPM KPD RU to Kacheguda with PM at NCJ at night with morning dep at Nagercoil to arrive morning in Hyd.
don't think RB is foolish there is bi-weekly or 4 day weekly new train to be introduced from SC via-MS,CDM,MV till RMM which is going to be the last train for SC and MS

Not just for ASN, I think this will open up new connectivity options for DHN-ASN belt with SURI,RPH,PKR,SBG,MLDT.

Yes, you are correct. Who knows, we might see a ANVT/DLI - RPH/MLDT Express via - DHN or RNC - NJP Express restoration via - ASN, RPH, PKR, MLDT.
IMO, one more bypass should be constructed joining Down main line of SBG loop with UP main line of HWH - ASN main line. This would ensure trains coming from RPH/BHP side to move seamlessly towards DGR/ASN.

Yes adding a extra RORO service at the Khana link cabin to the UP slow line in the BWN-ASN section, would definitely bolster connectivity with Shantiniketan area with the Shipanchal area.
Another thing that has to be done ASAP is the alternate DC line being built quickly so that the train services between DHN & RNC can be seamless and increased in load. The existing line is on it's last leg and more and more services are being introduced on this line.

New alignment for the DC line should be the top most priority of RB.
For the new DC line, bypass at GMO is being considered. But the main bottleneck is the river bridge near CRP, which slows trains down considerably.
