IRCTC may b the only website which takes the same time to load irrespective of the speed of your Internet connection.
Internet Speed decides if the page shld be loaded or not...it may refuse to load with total slow speed!!
Further, the speed again is instrumental in letting to move onto several next steps/pages in booking process!!
