Well I can't explain here.. You are saying its because HQ is in MAS. I am saying MAS is the HQ and at 900 kms.
I wouldn't have imagined their woes to be same as now if the HQ had been somewhere at CBE....People closer to the region would have more awareness of the daily life and the need for improvements.
