ARUNSINGHRAJPUROHIT~ 2260 blog postsmy friend is onboard n he want "PASSENGER NOT TRAVELLED" certificate for second passenger but the TTE is not available in any of coaches from S1 to S7 !! what to do nw ??

filed TDR but 1st passenger is traveling and 2nd is not tarveling !!

you can choose option for not travailing person. as per rules you will be get refund amount .
but another problem here is i had booked from RAJKOT to SALEM with Boarding point at SURAT !!
i have filed TDR at 1pm i.e 1 n half hour b4 dep from BP(SURAT) i.e at 1pm
nw am i eligible for refund ??
wether they consider RJT of ST ??
