Is there any concession for railfans ? :p atleast there should be quota for getting reservation . how many people agree with it ?

LOL, then everyone will say they are railfan, or create some fake certificate to prove it.
Railfans r unique no need of ac or sleeper just footplating .. Or they visit places just to travel in trains .. Haha
First of all not all railfans love footplating. Second the concession was a good joke though.
