Its very horrible to travel in 12805 and 12806 JB reserved coaches. In reserved compartments nearly 200 people are travelling. To get into the train is very difficult. Anyone please give the details to raise a complaint on this issues which can solved. I have raised complaint so many times in Public Grievance site but no use.
These are daily passengers and pass holders... This issue is prevalent in almost all day intercity trains between major cities. Sometimes the rush is so much that even TTE does not bother to come and check. Railway authorities are helpless in this regard.
If Railway authorities are helpless than they should issues reserved tickets and their should be all un reserved coaches only. They are charging extra money and not even providing basic thing safe journey means its horrible. How can ladies and old people can get in and out from the coaches.
