sir plz conform me that if any train status shows-wl/available
what its mean. the passenger can take his seat number after chart prepaered.

When both words are written somewhere, that means the same is not confirmed yet, it could be under wait list or it could be available also.
How was coach and seat alloted in 1AC at booking?? In 1AC it is done at charting.
I know! But that was an exception! Probably because the previous berth/s had already been allotted and it was only after cancellations that one single berth was available.
At WL/Available status you will get confirmed ticket for the first passenger but for second one it may either in waitlist or confirm.
Because at this status we are not able to know how many confirm berths are available.
It may be one or more than one.
