13023 is Howrah - Gaya Express & 13071 is Howrah - Jamalpur... In both the cases it will not get any electric loco even after electrification is complete up to Pakur... This trains will be haul by diesel loco only... If their is any possibility of loco change then it will be in Rampurhat... But loco change at Rampurhat will unnecessary waste time...

Same goes for trains for New Jalpaiguri side from Howrah/Sealdah... Even Railway Electrification is going on in New Jalpaiguri but it will take some time to complete the left...
