is partially cnf e-ticket allowed to travel?
example: 1 passenger is cnf and other 1 is waitlisted after charting.

You should inform TTE if he allows then both should share single berth..
does the wl passenger gets auto cancelled as wl tkts gets auto cancelled?
if all pax in d same PNR remains in WL after charting ( in case of e tkt ) it gets auto cancelled and d amount wil refunded to ur A/c in about 3 - 4 working days.
In case of partial CNF, u need to get certificate from TTE for WL pax not traveling and sent it to IRCTC NDLS for getting refund after filing TDR online ( for e-tkts)
Plz note : PARTIAL CNF E-TKT WILL NOT BE AUTO CANCELLED...
