And finally the day comes when diesels will compete with Electric locos in terms of raw aggression and speed..Diesel Railfans all over India will ultimately see their lovable diesel locomotive blasting at 120+ km/hr and this has been possible due to India's very own EMD locomotive WDP4.The video shows how the madlyhonking, ruthless EMD aka WDP4 20085 blasted like a boosted monster and tearing apart Chandanpur station showing that he is the actual "DIESEL KING" with the Shan-e NFR 12042 NJP-HWH Shatabdi express.The RDSO testing for this train was done with WDP4D but due to some technical fault of this very loco it was not permitted to run at 120+ kmph whereas wdp4 which has a clearence to run at 160kmph was ultimately given the HONOUR.

DIESEL KING with the Shan-e NFR 12042 NJP-HWH Shatabdi express is already doing 130 Km/Hr in Howrah - Khana Jn which falls under Eastern Railway...
when will speed increase in RMPH-NFK section....this is the section where the speed of every NBengal and North East trains remains extremely slow.....any upgradation work going on...........?please update!
