I am planning to travel lucknow from cstm on 02nd jun 14 via Pushpak
what are the chances of getting ticket throhg irctc on said date as major rush exists till may.

Book as soon as the ARP opens you have good chances of getting confirmed ticket via IRCTC even if its bit of RAC/WL you can go ahead and book it...
can I ask for window seat in this situation, what are the chances for getting one

You mean LB or SLB give a preference option if you are eligible could well get it but not sure...Else try at PRS where clerk shall try to allot it to you if possible.
