If a train goes from A to D station. The quota between C and D stations in 3 AC is 4 Berths. My question is that at the time of booking of 6 Berths between C and D stations out of which I got only 4 Berths as confirmed and 2 in waiting. Will these 2 waiting passengers will get confirmation through some other kind of quota?

If 2 or more passengers travels from A to C, then your ticket will confirm due to berth multiplexing.
