I have not failed to observe that even with decent sunshine in Delhi over the past 10 days, barring yesterday's squall, the 2561 Swatantrata Senani has been reaching NDLS at its departure time of around 8 pm instead of around 12 noon. Then yesterday's Poorva left NDLS at 8.15 pm
