Its not about sister. And in this case where the train that connects maxm no of states, Navyug will come first as it goes to Karnataka also bt Himsagar doesnt. Hence it has 1 count more tha Himsagar
Navyug also passes through Mahe the UT region of Pondy- so 11 states + 2 UT
Bt navyug dont stop at Mahe. If passing is considered then Himachal Pradesh will also come hence 12 states + 1(telangana) + 2 UT
