GR was introduced for AAM AADMI only, as its fare is less than that of general 3A fare.
SL and 3A of GR fare difference is not that much high.

Fare of SL From Hissar to Jalandhar Cantt is Rs.165 by Vivek Exp, and By GR it is Rs.370 (double fare/person), this is what we call difference.
