Yesterday students from all over the country were booking tickets in Bangalore bound trains for upcoming COMEDK UGET 2014 Exam which is scheduled on May 11.
Among Sanghamitra and two mighties 12628 Karnataka Express and 12650 YPR Sampark Kranti,i observed that this train alone beat the combo of biggies Karnataka and Sampark Kranti by huge margin (may be once in a blue moon)..When plenty of seats were available in Karnataka and Sampark Kranti (specially in the latter) in Sleeper class then Sanghamitra's Sleeper was hovering around WL-100 !!..Amazing Sangha and yes Bagmati was missed a lot.

Things have changed a lot since then..This time, sleeper class of KK took around 40 mins to come in RAC...Still it hasnot gone Regret..The current status of Sleeper class all the three trains are following:-
12628 KK:- GNWL68/WL66
12650 KSK:- GNWL40/WL38
12296...

then karnataka was d only train from ndls to sbc...also rajdhanis were a distant dream for students then...congu was d only other train...no sampark krantis or any other train...either take karnataka or gt/tn+brinda combo
Once upon a time trains like KK and Goa were a boss on end to end route and common people thought Rajdhanis as too expensive. But now there are the SKs and also some of the common people prefer Rajdhanis over Express due to comfort and faster travel. Afterall the pace of life has increased so is the need for faster connectivity.
Same thing with goa exp too if there was no GSK or the KR route itself then it could have easily hit more than 300 WL in offseason and above 500 WL in the season.
