the rate charged by Train pantry is arbitrary and varies fomr train to train , just to tell you , they charge 10 rs for tea in train saying it is masal tea , wher as rate specified by Railways is RS 7, In railway canten u get at 5 rs or 7 depending upon teh station , just fleecing the passengers
