Can boarding point change request can made at any reservation centre or
1. Reservation centre, prs ,.where ticket was booked?( not the station where train is originating)
2.....prs, where the train is originating? ( original starting point on ticket)
3.....prs, where one wishes to board the train? ( new boarding point)
