In case Date of Journey is Saturday than also the chart get prepared 4 - 5 hours before Train Departure from NDLS?

The chart for 12445 departing from NDLS on 14.03.14 got prepared at 6:30 PM I.e. just 2 hrs bfr departure... Why so late?
