Today Morning I tried to book 2001 (NDLS Shatabdi) for 17/09 between Bhopal to New Delhi, on www.irctc.co.in but the Irctc was unable to show the seat available for New Delhi while it was showing 155 vacant seats for Mathura Jn, I also checked the availability on www.indianrail.gov.in, & it showed me the seats are available for New Delhi, but I was not able to book the ticket,
I called on one of the call centre numbers provided on the web site, I told them the problem in website, they suggested me the solution that booking for this train is not available right now for New Delhi, you shuld book any other train, this is the way they are working, ...
