Problem is out of 64 berths in 3AC 16 are for Tatkal,16 for HO so public need to fight for the remaining 32..
I guess at some point of time they need think of B2 in place of S15 even though its tough call...
mas-vskp g.rath spl rake of mas-nzm is useful as its lying in mas yard
Is SR interested in running it to vskp. 100% they wonr show any interest !!
If they shown interest also SCR may not interested to give path...if SCR given also ECoR says it cannot handle this special due to technical reasons bla bla.
One possibility HWH-MAS GR then every one accepts :)
