had posted a grievance regarding delay in track doubling works awarded to RVNL. the same has been closed today -
Dear Sir, Several railway infrastructure upgradation projects are delayed in NWR, most of them being carried out by RVNL. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to passengers in general. Kindly speed them up and provide the expected completion dates. The list is as follows - 1 ABU ROAD - SAROTRA ROAD PATCH - DOUBLING 2 ABU ROARD - SWAROOPGANJ DOUBLING 11 BHAGAT KI KOTHI - LUNI - DOUBLING 61 RANI - KESHAV GANJ DOUBLING 62 RANI - PALANPUR - RAILWAY ELECTRIFICATION 68 ...

nwr construction deptt wont have data , so they wont reply to this , rvnl is totally separate
but somebody from NWR must be incharge of these construction works for supervision. They should have the expected completion date based on the actual work that has been completed by RVNL or respective contractor
even VG-SUNR doubling is being executed by RVNL,but WR had given me enough data for the same.

NWR guys are either lazy or they don't keep a tab on the progress of various projects in their zone. on top of it seems that there is no cross checking done centrally while closing the requests at the PG portal.
