It is the best train for Calcutta-Mumbai route and possibly for Mumbai-Nagpur route too. I travelled in this train numerous times (both ways) and my inference on this train is largly satisfatory.

Not anymore. There is the 2261/2262 Duronto which is 5-6 hours faster than this train.

i am not agree with you man, see the fare one who travels in sleeper class, this train is till the best on how-mum route
difference between this train and other superfast trains
1.its called super deluxe express..and not the superfast express
2.it has 8-9 ac coaches..including 1ac

i think this was an all AC train when it was launched and then on experimental basis 5 sleeper coaches were attached. and as usual stoppages were increased. really cant blame the railways. will already cramped schedules its not always possible to have new trains, they are forced to provide stoppages from time to time. im sure durontos will face the same fate
