i booked ticket from BCT-JP in tatkal of tomorrow now i want to chnge the boarding point from BCT to AKV...so is id card is needed and i hve to chnge the bp before 6.50
and 1 mre thing the application of chnging the bp can i get frm reservation counter itself ...or i want to print tht ticket

Yes ID Card & Copy of Ticket is Must...There is no specific form available but you can well give written requisition to CRS.Else you can look in to using the Format available at /faq/post/88
