central railway is working pathetically ... no disaster manangement system .. 1 person who was young student was killed due to cr negligence ... very shameful,

aisa kesa elaka hai jaha medical aid pahuchne me 2 hour lag gaye ... ye koi dense forest hai kya jaha pe medical aid ko pahuch hi nahi sakti ....
