RSA doesn't mean that board should contain both names. I have personally seen in TVC, i dont remeber which train, one person was changing the board. He just took the board, turned it and put it back, The train became another train. Both side of the train board has name

This is done inorder to avoid confusion. This pair need different board, because it is running just before the TVC-MAS mail. No one bothers to read the board fully.
