Need help.
I have booked tatkal E-ticket for today's journey see "/blog/post/1035488";
Now i want to cancel the ticket, since it is Tatkal seems not a single rupee will refund.

1. TDR can be filed after chart preparation. Check when the chart is prepared and file TDR.
2. You will not get any refund even after filing TDR as the rule simply says no refund on confirmed Tatkal tickets unless train is cancelled...
